With over 17 years in the rendering industry, the Crewman team are prepared to take on any rendering project head on. We’ve completed multi-million dollar rendering projects in Sydney including jobs with the University of Sydney, St John’s Park Bowling Club and 44 Martin place just to name a few.
Our specialties are traditional render, heritage rendering, and concrete repairs. We also have detailed works and remedial specialists as part of our team to ensure we can take care of any specialty requirements your rendering project may require.

With over 18 years of experience in the rendering industry, Tom Le co-founded Crewman over 17 years ago. With a passion for providing the best quality rendering and consistent service to clients, Tom founded Crewman to make that dream a reality. As a hands-on director, Tom hand picks each renderer assigned to every project to ensure that every job has the best renderers available to meet your project’s individual requirements.
Manuel Moreira
With over 18 years of experience in the rendering industry, Manuel co-founded Crewman along with Tom Le. Manuel is a consistent presence on job sites, ensuring that the high standards of rendering excellence that Crewman has built its reputation on are delivered on every rendering project - be it a control joint repair or a full refurbishment.
